I have EMUs, and I love them. I've worn uggs before, EMUs are much nicer. (: You should buy them. They're going to be over $100 for real ones. Try Dillard's. I know they sell them, and they can do a price check for the specific type and size you want. (: I hope this helps!!
Ok I just started my back to school shopping. I went to a mall that has a ton of stores too..I need more good ideas of stores to shop at.
Today I bought stuff at dELiA’s, H&M,and WetSeal. I did get a good amount of stuff too. Heres what I got:
2 jeans – 1 skinny 1 bootcut
3 lace camis- sexy red, teal and white
1 white blouse
1 pale red belt -thick
1 layering shirt – v-neck, medium sleeves
2 tanks- both multi colored and go over a white tee
1 white tee
What else should I get and what stores should I shop at.I know I still need shoes and sweatshirts and tees, but whatelse?. I have a unique preppy style and am not a fan of hollister, abercrombie, and aeropostale.
Oh and what are your opinions on these boots. Ugly, Ok, Adorable?

Judging by the stores you’ve mentioned, you would probably like forever 21. I would recommend getting a couple of cute dresses (maybe sweater dresses for fall?) You could layer them with patterned tights (not leggings, although those could work too.)
And I like the oatmeal coloured boots.

I have long uggs but they are very dirty on the top. I had this idea that maybe I could cut them to the length of short uggs? Do you think it would be possible and practical and how would I go about doing it?

Cut them 2 inches above how short you want them to be.
Rip 1 inch of the inner fur lining out and then you'll have excess fabric so you can sew a seam, so it won't fray.
